Commissioning

Making sure it works is one thing.

Making sure it works well, that’s our thing.

CJL Engineering’s commissioning service includes a methodical quality assurance process for owners designed to verify that all the systems in a new building are fully operational and are performing interactively according to the design intent and the owner’s requirements. We’re not checklist people – we get in to the details and approach each project as the professional engineers that we are, understanding the design as well as the operations of control systems.

Our existing building commissioning service is a process that identifies opportunities for improvement in existing buildings to optimize systems performance. We can perform an economic analysis of conservation opportunities to identify capital improvements required to lower operating and utility costs.
