Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a collaborative process supported by various tools and technologies fostering intelligent design and decision making throughout the project life-cycle. As a consulting engineering firm our work begins with the creation of a unified, data-rich, MEP/FP 3D systems model containing elements of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs specific to that project.

Our systems models can be fully coordinated with architectural and structural designs prior to construction, and because we utilize industry standard software and services we can react to revisions and changes quickly and easily, saving both time and money.
