In a new building, CJL Engineering's commissioning service includes a methodical quality assurance process designed to verify that building systems are fully operational and are performing interactively according to the design intent and owners requirements.
Retro-commissioning service is a process that identifies opportunities for improvement in existing buildings to optimize systems performance. An economic analysis of conservation opportunities identifies capital improvements required to lower operating and utility costs.
