Saint Francis University – Saint Margaret Hall

CJL Engineering designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems in the building and also provided site/civil design for the exterior. This project consisted of fully renovating the St. Francis University’s Boiler House Building and St. Joseph’s Hall. The buildings were connected and turned into a single renovated building to support the Occupational Therapy program and included Physician’s Assistant classrooms. A second floor was added to the Boiler House and a connection bridge was provided between Padua Hall and St. Joseph’s Hall.
