Dale Oxygen – Addition and Renovation

CJL Engineering was contracted to provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site/civil and structural design for a new 16,650 SF addition and renovation to the existing Dale Oxygen building located in Johnstown, PA. The Design/Build project included new fill plant, receiving area, acetylene dock, customer dock, offices, conference room, janitor closet, and toilet rooms. The renovated areas included wet gas, break room, storage, offices, sales, open office, demo and support rooms. The project was completed in 2020.
