The BOTTLE WORKS hosts many visual arts exhibits in its own state-of-the-art gallery, as well as arts classes, concerts, workshops, demonstrations, film screenings, cooking classes, yoga, and more.

    CJL Engineeringย provided MEP design for ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐˜€ ๐—˜๐˜๐—ต๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—”๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€ ๐—–๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, a center with clustered studio space in a reconstructed industrial building.ย Located in the historic ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ ๐—–๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† neighborhood, ART WORKS is a 18,000sf ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด where artists can create, teach display and market their work. The complex provides individual artist studios, shared equipment, an art supply store, classrooms, a multi-media room, a public gathering space, and a future rooftop cafรฉ.ย A unique feature was the installation of a green roof.

    The existing lighting fixtures were reused and additional decorative and tract lighting was added. The energy efficient HVAC system includes an air-cooled packaged roof top unit with environmentally friendly refrigerant CJL Engineering. The air system includes zone dampers and gas heat designed for space flexibility and a MERV 13 Air Filters to ensure occupant comfort. Low flow fixtures in the restrooms.
