What is Commissioning Services and why should I care about it?

In a new building, commissioning services is a systematic quality assurance process to verify that building systems are fully operational and perform interactively according to the design intent and owners requirements.

Retro-commissioning service is a process that identifies improvements in existing buildings to optimize systems performance. An economic analysis of conservation opportunities identifies capital improvements required to lower operating and utility costs.

• At 10 months into warranty period, conduct staff
  review of all conditions of outstanding issues related
  to original commissioning
